We have just started to upload some data into the portal. Students are loving it! We are confused about how we would record plant depth each week as this would require us to look at the root system. Is this something we should just leave blank?

Great question! The depth does not refer to the roots, instead it refers to the measurements on the x, y and z scale, with x being the measurement from left to right, y being the measurement up to down, and z being the measurement of front to back.
I am looking for help downloading the log file from our growth chamber to a computer. We recently started this project with my 6th graders, but the data will not transfer even though the machine is connected to the computer with the correct cable and does not appear on the computer.
Our school IT team was unable to resolve the issue. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
